ADRIANA DOLGETTA COSGRIFF

Adriana is the President of Ground Rule and the CEO of Capacita. She is an attorney with expertise implementing structural reforms and innovations in the U.S. and internationally. She is also an experienced foreign assistance program manager with a focus on criminal justice reform, and leader of diverse international teams.

She served as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State for over eleven years, where she managed justice reform programs for Afghanistan, Ukraine, Haiti and fourteen other Caribbean countries, and managed a team that spanned seven embassies and Washington, D.C. She later served as an Innovation Advisor to the Director General of Global Talent Management, designing and coordinating workforce innovations, structural reforms, and inclusion efforts for the Department’s 70,000+ person workforce in over 170 countries.

Prior to graduating cum laude from Boston College Law School she was a strategy and fundraising consultant for international organizations and nonprofits in New York City. She received her A.B. from Harvard College with a concentration in psychology, focused on social psychology, leadership, groups, and organizational psychology. She has a Top Secret U.S. security clearance and is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. She joined Ground Rule as co-owner in 2021.
