WES COSGRIFF
Wes is the Founder and CEO of Ground Rule, and the CEO of three Ground Rule companies: TAG Project Management, Agile Risk Management, and Blue Arrow Operations.
Wes’s professional background includes over fifteen years of expertise in large-scale project, risk, event, and facility management. He has successfully planned, managed, and delivered projects and events with budgets totaling over $850 million both in the United States and internationally.
Wes began his career as a Project Manager in construction working with the U.S. Air Force, and shortly thereafter joined the team managing the historic renovation of Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox. During his time with the Red Sox, Wes developed a passion for large-scale construction projects as well as the end use of sports and entertainment venues. This led to taking on pre-development work for the Rose Bowl, stadium development and operations for Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand, and the management and production of dozens of events around the world with a leading event management company based in Washington, DC.
Wes graduated from Harvard University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). He launched the company that would become Ground Rule in 2014 and has since built and led an incredible team that has helped clients turn their ideas into results.
